This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you install and use our App on your Shopify store, and when your store visitors interact with the spin wheel popups and discount coupon popups powered by the App.
By installing or using the App, you (the Shopify merchant) agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App and discontinue use.
When you install the App, we access the following data from your Shopify store as part of the necessary permissions:
When visitors interact with the spin wheel or discount popup on your Shopify storefront, the App collects the following:

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your customers’ personal information to third parties. We share data only in the following circumstances:
We retain merchant account data for as long as the App is installed on your store. Lead data (email addresses and phone numbers of store visitors) is retained for the duration of your use of the App or until you request deletion.
Upon App uninstallation, we will delete or anonymize your store data within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as dispute resolution.
The App uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on your store’s frontend to manage popup display logic. This includes remembering whether a visitor has already seen or interacted with a popup, tracking scroll depth, and measuring time on page to determine when to trigger a popup. These cookies do not track users across other websites.
As a merchant, you are responsible for ensuring your store’s cookie consent notice (if required in your jurisdiction) adequately discloses the use of these cookies to your visitors.
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we process against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and regular security assessments.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

End users (your store visitors) who have submitted their data via the App’s popups may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data. As the merchant, you are the data controller for your customers’ data and are responsible for handling such requests.
